About the Role:

We are recruiting experienced Secondary Teachers for day-to-day and long-term supply positions across a range of schools in Shrewsbury and the surrounding area. Whether you are looking for flexibility or a longer-term placement, we have opportunities to suit your preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons and cover a variety of subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive learning environment.
Adapt to different school settings, year groups, and subject areas with confidence.
Take registers, follow school policies, and provide feedback to staff on lesson outcomes.
Build positive relationships with students and colleagues across multiple settings.
For long-term roles, contribute to planning, assessment, and departmental activities.

About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching at the secondary level in UK schools.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students across different subjects.
A flexible, professional, and resilient approach to working in varied school environments.
Open to covering general subjects as well as your specialism.
ECTs through to experienced teachers on MPS or UPS are welcome to apply.
