Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups, following pre-set plans.
  • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, ensuring excellent behaviour management.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all pupils, promoting inclusion.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to pupils, fostering their academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with school staff, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of learning.
  • Uphold all school policies and procedures, including safeguarding, at all times.

About You

  • Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education in the UK.
  • Demonstrate recent experience teaching across primary key stages, including EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
  • Exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with pupils.
  • Show excellent adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to unforeseen challenges.
  • Hold a current enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one.
