Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
- Provide effective classroom cover for PPA time, maintaining positive learning environments.
- Implement school policies and procedures consistently to ensure pupil welfare and progress.
- Collaborate positively with colleagues, contributing to a cohesive staff team.
- Monitor pupil engagement and progress, providing constructive feedback where appropriate.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners in different year groups.
About You
- Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within primary education.
