Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive support for children's learning and development across the EYFS framework. • Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate educational activities. • Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive atmosphere that encourages exploration. • Monitor and record children's progress, offering valuable input for ongoing assessments. • Work effectively as part of a team, sharing best practices and supporting colleagues. • Build positive and trusting relationships with children, parents, and caregivers.

About You • Possess previous experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage environment. • Demonstrate a profound commitment to fostering the holistic development of young children. • Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or as a Teaching Assistant. • Exhibit strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders. • Show initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to your daily duties. • Committed to upholding robust safeguarding procedures and prioritising child welfare.
