Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil welfare and learning.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and provide pastoral care, promoting pupil wellbeing.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community and its continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience, ideally within EYFS.
- Possesses a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and its implementation.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
- Committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all children.
- An effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and dedicated to continuous professional development.
