Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
  • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil welfare and learning.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and provide pastoral care, promoting pupil wellbeing.

About You

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience, ideally within EYFS.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and its implementation.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
  • Committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all children.
  • An effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and dedicated to continuous professional development.
