Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging and age-appropriate play-based learning activities.
  • Provide attentive support for children's personal care needs and routines.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating educational environment.
  • Observe and report on children's progress and developmental milestones.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents/carers.
  • Support the lead educators in implementing the early years curriculum.
