Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across the curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Science department's curriculum and resources.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events that enhance student experience.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and student welfare.
About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in a Science subject.
- Possess a genuine passion for Science and a commitment to inspiring young people.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and effective behaviour management strategies.
- Be an ECT seeking a supportive environment for professional growth, or an experienced teacher ready for a new challenge.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with colleagues.
