We offer flexible contract options ranging from daily supply to long-term and permanent positions, attracting a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise classes across the secondary phase, maintaining a calm and orderly learning environment.
  • Effectively deliver pre-prepared lessons and resources, ensuring students remain on task.
  • Manage student behaviour in line with school policies, promoting respect and positive engagement.
  • Respond to student queries and provide appropriate support to facilitate independent learning.
  • Foster a productive and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued.
  • Report any significant issues or incidents to relevant teaching staff promptly.

About You

  • Possess a genuine enthusiasm for supporting the education of young people.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively.
