Key Responsibilities
- Support children’s learning and development through engaging play-based activities.
- Assist the class teacher in preparing and maintaining a stimulating classroom environment.
- Promote positive behaviour and foster a sense of belonging for all pupils.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress under teacher guidance.
- Facilitate effective communication with parents and carers regarding children’s daily experiences.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children within the early years setting.
About You
- Proven experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting the development and learning of young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and professional team.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, ready to embrace new challenges.
- Relevant qualifications for a Teaching Assistant role are highly desirable.
