Key Responsibilities

- Implement established school behaviour policies consistently to maintain a calm and orderly classroom.
- Foster a positive and respectful learning atmosphere that encourages student engagement.
- Report any significant issues or concerns regarding student welfare or behaviour to the appropriate staff members promptly.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues, contributing to a harmonious school community.
