Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued.
• Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil progress.
