Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with class teachers and the SENCo to monitor pupil progress and well-being.
- Adapt learning resources and activities to ensure accessibility and engagement for all pupils.
- Encourage pupil independence and foster positive social interactions within the classroom.
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and promote a safe learning environment for all children.
About You
- Demonstrable experience supporting pupils with various Special Educational Needs, ideally within a primary setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development and well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Proactive, patient, and resilient, with a compassionate approach to education.
- Ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a supportive team.
