Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate learning by responding to student queries and needs throughout the lesson.

About You
- Proven experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
- A proactive approach to managing classroom dynamics and promoting positive conduct.
- Resilience and adaptability to various teaching situations and subject areas.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of student conduct and supporting their learning.
- Hold an enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one immediately.
