• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism or extensive experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). • Possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of EYFS curriculum. • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere. • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with diverse stakeholders. • Be proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development. • Show a strong commitment to promoting an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all.
