Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential support for pupil learning, both individually and in small groups, across various subjects.
- Collaborate closely with class teachers to prepare and deliver engaging educational activities.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
- Assist with the implementation of tailored support strategies for pupils with diverse needs.
- Support the management of classroom resources and contribute to general classroom organisation.
- Observe and record pupil progress, feeding back valuable insights to the teaching staff.
About You
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or possess equivalent experience in a primary school setting.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of primary school children.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
