Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to pupils, both individually and in small groups, to enhance their learning.

- Support pupils with special educational needs, adapting strategies as required to meet diverse needs.
- Encourage positive behaviour and social development among young learners throughout the school day.
- Collaborate effectively with teaching staff to monitor and assess pupil progress, offering valuable insights.
About You
- Hold a minimum of a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Possess prior experience working with children within an educational setting.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and overall well-being.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
- Be adaptable, patient, and proactive in a dynamic and busy classroom environment.
- Show a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
