About the Role

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dedicated PPA Teacher to significantly impact pupil progress within a dynamic school environment. This varied role offers the chance to provide essential cover across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, allowing for broad experience and continuous professional growth. We are seeking a flexible educator who is open to various contract types, from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term engagements and potential permanent opportunities, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring continuity of learning.
  • Effectively manage classroom dynamics to foster a positive and inclusive educational atmosphere.
  • Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of pupils in various age groups.
  • Collaborate with existing teaching staff to understand lesson plans and pupil requirements.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and any pertinent classroom observations.

About You

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
  • Demonstrate proven experience delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
  • Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, promoting a respectful and productive learning environment.
  • Possess a high degree of adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different age groups and subjects.
  • Show a genuine passion for fostering pupil curiosity and academic achievement.
  • Be an effective communicator, capable of building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
