Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver dynamic and engaging Science lessons across key stages.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation.
  • Contribute actively to the ongoing development of the Science department curriculum.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment.
  • Inspire pupils to explore the wonders of the scientific world through practical experiments and theoretical concepts.

About You

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Possess a genuine passion for Science and its effective communication to pupils.
  • Demonstrate the ability to teach Science across the secondary age range.
  • Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil welfare.
  • Be a collaborative team player with a proactive approach to professional development.
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply, alongside experienced professionals.
