Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, adhering to school curriculum guidelines.
- Maintain a stimulating and well-managed classroom environment conducive to learning for all pupils.
- Ensure continuity of learning by following teachers' planning and school schemes of work.
- Assess pupil understanding and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.
- Collaborate effectively with year group teams and support staff to uphold high educational standards.
- Uphold the school's positive behaviour policy, fostering respect and cooperation among pupils.
About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong understanding of primary education.
- Possess recent experience teaching across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
- Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, capable of fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
- Be adaptable, flexible, and able to quickly integrate into different year group teams.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and supporting their holistic development.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
