Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, adhering to school curriculum guidelines.
  • Maintain a stimulating and well-managed classroom environment conducive to learning for all pupils.
  • Ensure continuity of learning by following teachers' planning and school schemes of work.
  • Assess pupil understanding and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.
  • Collaborate effectively with year group teams and support staff to uphold high educational standards.
  • Uphold the school's positive behaviour policy, fostering respect and cooperation among pupils.

About You

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong understanding of primary education.
  • Possess recent experience teaching across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
  • Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, capable of fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
  • Be adaptable, flexible, and able to quickly integrate into different year group teams.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and supporting their holistic development.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
