Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons to pupils across various primary year groups.
- Maintain a stimulating and well-managed learning environment for all children.
- Assess pupil progress informally and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with year group teams and support staff.
- Ensure adherence to school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
- Contribute positively to the overall ethos and success of the school community.
About You
- Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education.
- Demonstrate recent successful teaching experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
- Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
- Be highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in a flexible teaching environment.
