Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum, meeting the diverse needs of all pupils.
- Create a vibrant, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and active participation.
- Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and implementing targeted interventions to support attainment.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, ensuring open and effective communication.
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare at all times.
- Actively contribute to wider school initiatives and the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices.
About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to pupil success.
- Possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire positive behaviour.
- Be a collaborative team player with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Have experience working within Key Stage 2, or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to develop your expertise in this phase.
- Committed to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching practice.
