Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum, meeting the diverse needs of all pupils.
  • Create a vibrant, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and active participation.
  • Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and implementing targeted interventions to support attainment.
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, ensuring open and effective communication.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare at all times.
  • Actively contribute to wider school initiatives and the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices.

About You

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to pupil success.
  • Possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire positive behaviour.
  • Be a collaborative team player with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Have experience working within Key Stage 2, or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to develop your expertise in this phase.
  • Committed to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching practice.
