Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons across secondary key stages.
- Plan and prepare dynamic schemes of work that challenge and inspire pupils.
- Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the MFL curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school life.
About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Possess a strong academic background in French and Spanish.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for language education and cultural immersion.
- Be an enthusiastic and adaptable educator, keen to embrace new teaching methodologies.
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with students and colleagues.
