Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Computing curriculum, ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement stimulating schemes of work that challenge and excite learners at various key stages.
- Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Contribute to the wider school community, participating in departmental meetings and enrichment activities.
- Maintain a well-organised and stimulating classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to explore.
About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a degree in Computing or a related subject.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for Computing and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Possess the ability to inspire and motivate pupils of all abilities, from novice learners to budding programmers.
- Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching and learning.
- Be a collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to school life.
- Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced Teachers on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
