Key Responsibilities

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and progressive learning experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and communicate effectively with parents.
  • Implement safeguarding procedures diligently, prioritising pupil well-being and safety.

About You

  • Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching Key Stage 1.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for early years education and pupil development.
  • Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
  • Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
  • Hold a strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1.
  • Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher.
