Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and progressive learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and communicate effectively with parents.
- Implement safeguarding procedures diligently, prioritising pupil well-being and safety.
About You
- Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching Key Stage 1.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for early years education and pupil development.
- Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
- Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
- Hold a strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1.
- Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher.
