• Design and deliver bespoke intervention programmes for individuals and small groups. • Assess pupil understanding and meticulously track progress, adjusting approaches as necessary. • Collaborate effectively with class teachers and leadership to integrate intervention strategies with classroom learning. • Provide constructive feedback to pupils, fostering their confidence and engagement in their learning journey. • Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and ensure inclusivity for all pupils. • Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance, progress, and intervention impact.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to primary education. • Possess demonstrable experience delivering successful interventions in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 settings. • A genuine passion for supporting every child's academic and personal development. • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage pupils, parents, and colleagues effectively. • Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to teaching across various year groups. • Committed to continuous professional development and contributing positively to a school community.
