• Design and deliver an inspiring and age-appropriate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. • Create a dynamic and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery. • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support holistic child development. • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and promote the welfare of all children. • Organise engaging classroom activities that support communication, personal, social, and emotional development.

About You

• You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the EYFS framework. • You have demonstrable experience teaching in a Reception class or similar early years setting. • You are passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing young minds. • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with ease. • You are committed to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment for all pupils. • You are adaptable and keen to embrace opportunities for professional development within our team.
