Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with the class teacher to ensure a well-organised and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of learning resources and equipment to enhance children's exploration.
  • Observe and record children's development, contributing to assessments and progress tracking.
  • Promote positive behaviour and independence, encouraging children to develop self-regulation and respect for others.

About You

  • Possess prior experience supporting children within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood development and learning.
  • Hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with children, staff, and parents.
  • Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Understand and uphold robust safeguarding practices to ensure the well-being of all pupils.
  • Show a commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth.
