Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning styles within Key Stage 2. • Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development. • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and mutual respect. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance the educational journey of all pupils. • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a safe and productive learning space. • Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

About You • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum. • Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young minds. • Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, fostering a disciplined yet engaging atmosphere. • Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities, building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff. • Be adaptable, resilient, and proactive in a busy school environment. • Applications are warmly welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced professionals (MPS/UPS).
