About You
- Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, with the ability to teach English to secondary pupils.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for English and an unwavering commitment to pupil success.
- Have experience teaching English across Key Stages, suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT), Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) educator.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
- Be highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic educational setting.
