Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons to pupils across various age groups and abilities.
- Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities that cater to diverse educational needs.
- Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel empowered to learn.
- Contribute to the continuous development and review of the Science curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
- Collaborate positively with departmental colleagues to share best practices and resources.
About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in a Science subject.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and the ability to convey its excitement to pupils.
- Possess excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to creating a positive learning atmosphere.
- Be adept at differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
