Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver targeted intervention programmes for pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Work closely with class teachers to identify specific learning needs and strategies.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress rigorously, adapting approaches as necessary.
- Create an engaging and supportive learning environment that builds confidence.
- Develop individualised learning plans to address specific academic gaps.
- Provide regular feedback to pupils, parents, and colleagues on attainment and next steps.
About You
- Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant primary teaching experience.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering effective academic interventions.
- Have a deep understanding of primary curriculum stages from EYFS to KS2.
- Are passionate about making a positive impact on individual pupil outcomes.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning requirements.
