Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to ensure continuity of learning.
- Plan and prepare high-quality, differentiated activities to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
- Maintain a stimulating and well-managed classroom environment during PPA cover periods.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all pupils feel valued and encouraged.
- Collaborate effectively with year group teams and other staff members to support pupil progress.
- Assess pupil understanding informally and provide constructive feedback to class teachers.
About You
- Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching within primary education.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the primary curriculum across all key stages.
- Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and adaptability to different age groups and contexts.
- Have a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and fostering a love of learning.
- Be a proactive and collaborative team player with effective communication skills.
- Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
