Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils effectively in the absence of their regular teacher, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-set work, providing clear instructions and facilitating pupil understanding.
- Implement robust behaviour management strategies in line with school policies, promoting respect and positive conduct.
- Respond proactively to pupil questions and provide appropriate support to keep them on task.
- Liaise effectively with teaching staff regarding pupil progress and any issues encountered during lessons.
- Ensure all administrative tasks related to cover, such as registration, are completed accurately.

- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with pupils and staff.
- You demonstrate strong organisational abilities and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
