Key Responsibilities

- Observe and monitor children's development, contributing to their ongoing assessment records.
- Encourage positive social interactions and emotional well-being among all pupils.
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning resources and classroom displays.
About You
- Possess a genuine passion for early years education and the development of young children.
- Hold relevant experience working with children in an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with children, staff, and parents.
- Exhibit a patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
