About You

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for Design Technology.
  • Demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
  • Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
  • Possess a strong commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to departmental goals.
  • Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) level teacher, ready to make a significant impact.
