- Manage and maintain resources and equipment effectively, ensuring a high standard of provision.

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for Design Technology.
- Demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
- Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Possess a strong commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.

- Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) level teacher, ready to make a significant impact.
