Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Assess pupil progress accurately and provide timely, constructive feedback to support their continuous development.
• Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to departmental curriculum development.
• Participate enthusiastically in school events and extracurricular activities, enriching the overall pupil experience.
• Maintain precise records of pupil attainment, attendance, and behaviour, in line with school policies.

About You

• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
• Demonstrate a profound passion for teaching Maths and a genuine desire to motivate young learners.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to cultivate an inspiring learning environment.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
• Be adaptable, resilient, and committed to your own ongoing professional development and growth.
