Key Stage 1 Class Teacher

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil attainment and progress, providing constructive feedback to children and parents.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff to enhance the learning experience for all.
- Engage proactively with parents and carers to support pupils' holistic development and celebrate their achievements.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold its inclusive ethos and values.
About You
- Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Exhibit a genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to pupil well-being and academic progress.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management strategies that promote a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with pupils, colleagues, and parents.

- Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to embark on your professional journey, or an experienced teacher (MPS/UPS) seeking a new challenge.
