This dynamic role offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with an attractive daily rate of £95 - £110, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with diverse SEN requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and pupil support plans.
  • Collaborate closely with class teachers and the SENCo to monitor pupil progress effectively.
  • Facilitate a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all children.
  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and communication development throughout the school day.
  • Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual pupil needs.

About You

  • Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
  • Demonstrate previous experience working with primary-aged pupils, ideally within an SEN capacity.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils and colleagues.
  • Show a proactive and adaptable approach to different learning challenges.
  • Hold relevant qualifications or training in supporting pupils with SEN.
  • Be committed to fostering an an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
