Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of engaging phonics and numeracy activities.
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning resources and the classroom environment.
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance individual learning progress.
- Observe and record children's development, contributing to assessment records.
- Support children with personal care and hygiene needs as required.
About You
- Possess relevant experience supporting young children in an educational setting.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
- Show initiative and adaptability within a dynamic classroom environment.
- Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
- Commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
