- Monitor and track pupil progress rigorously, adapting interventions as required to maximise outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with class teachers and senior leaders to ensure a cohesive approach to pupil support.
- Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that promotes confidence and a love of learning.
- Provide regular feedback on pupil development and achievements to relevant stakeholders.
About You
- Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant primary teaching experience.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully raising attainment through targeted interventions.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of primary curriculum requirements across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Show excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Be highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in addressing diverse learning needs.
