Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to individual children and small groups within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Collaborate effectively with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging learning activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting good behaviour and engagement.
- Prepare and organise learning resources, ensuring the classroom remains stimulating and orderly.
- Assist with the observation and assessment of pupil progress, providing valuable feedback.
- Support children's personal care, emotional well-being, and safety throughout the school day.
About You
- Possess previous experience working with children in an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development stages.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with children and staff.
- Approach every child with patience, empathy, and a genuine nurturing demeanour.
