Key Responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
• Ensure students are engaged in pre-set learning activities.
• Maintain a purposeful and calm classroom environment.
• Manage student behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Facilitate learning by responding to student questions and providing support.
• Report any significant issues or concerns to appropriate staff members.
