Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and well-differentiated lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
  • Provide consistent PPA cover, ensuring continuity of learning for all pupils.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
  • Collaborate effectively with year group teams and colleagues to support curriculum delivery.
  • Monitor pupil engagement and progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary to meet diverse needs.
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold our shared ethos.

About You

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education in the UK.
  • Possess demonstrable experience teaching across various primary phases, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
  • Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in covering different year groups and subjects.
  • Show a genuine passion for fostering children's development and well-being.
  • Be a collaborative team player with strong communication skills, eager to contribute to our school's success.
