Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to pupils, both individually and in small groups, to enhance their learning and participation.
- Assist the class teacher in preparing and organising engaging classroom resources and maintaining an optimal learning environment.
- Supervise pupils during break times, lunch periods, and during educational visits, ensuring their safety and positive engagement.
- Contribute to the observation and tracking of pupil progress, offering constructive feedback to inform future planning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every pupil feels valued, respected, and encouraged to achieve their potential.
- Support pupils with diverse learning needs, adapting approaches to ensure accessibility and understanding for all.
