  • Possess a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent relevant experience in a primary setting.

  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Show initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting classroom activities.
  • Hold a strong understanding of safeguarding practices and child protection procedures.
