Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
- Implement the school's curriculum with creativity and enthusiasm.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in various classrooms.
- Assess pupil progress informally and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with year group teams and other staff members.
- Manage classroom behaviour positively, ensuring a safe and inclusive space.
About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant teaching degree.
- Demonstrate experience teaching across the primary age range (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
- Possess excellent classroom management skills and a positive approach to behaviour.
- Be highly adaptable and able to quickly establish rapport with different classes.
- Show a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in all pupils.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
