Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, adapting to diverse learning needs.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, ensuring effective behaviour management.
  • Collaborate effectively with year group teams to ensure seamless curriculum delivery and student progress.
  • Assess pupil understanding and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Ensure all lessons adhere to relevant safeguarding policies and promote student well-being.
  • Prepare and manage classroom resources efficiently for optimal learning experiences.

About You

  • Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
  • Proven experience teaching across multiple primary phases (EYFS, KS1, KS2) is highly desirable.
  • Exhibit excellent adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different year groups and subjects.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills, fostering an inclusive and respectful learning atmosphere.
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with pupils and staff.
