Key Responsibilities
- Support children’s social and emotional development through engaging activities.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of stimulating early years learning experiences.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating nursery environment.
- Observe and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to senior staff.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure adherence to all safeguarding and health and safety policies.
About You
- Possess a relevant Early Years qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3).
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Be committed to continuous professional development and best practice in early years education.
- Hold an enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one.
