Key Responsibilities
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, maintaining a positive learning environment.

- Effectively manage classroom behaviour, adhering to the school's established policies and procedures.
- Respond to student queries and provide support to aid their understanding of the assigned work.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your supervision throughout the school day.
- Report any significant issues or concerns regarding pupil behaviour or welfare to the appropriate staff members.

- You possess prior experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting.
