Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment, ensuring the welfare and safeguarding of all children.
  • Build positive relationships with children, supporting their emotional, social, and physical needs.
  • Observe and record children's progress, contributing to assessment and planning next steps.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, sharing insights and contributing to a cohesive team approach.
  • Communicate professionally and sensitively with parents and carers regarding their child's daily experiences and achievements.
