Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment, ensuring the welfare and safeguarding of all children.
- Build positive relationships with children, supporting their emotional, social, and physical needs.
- Observe and record children's progress, contributing to assessment and planning next steps.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, sharing insights and contributing to a cohesive team approach.
- Communicate professionally and sensitively with parents and carers regarding their child's daily experiences and achievements.
About You
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.
- Relevant experience in an early years setting, demonstrating an understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with children, parents, and staff.
